Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. We strive to provide the best customers services to all our customers and strive for everyone to fall- in love with their units, bundle and any other item their purchased. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please make sure when finalising your order always double check that you have put in the correct address at check out, as we are not responsible of making sure that this is correct. If your package is shipped out to the wrong address, we are not at fault. If the package is returned, you are responsible for paying a shipping fee again.

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our “natural raw hair extensions” are 100% real and original. Each piece comes from a separate donor.

We cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural raw hair extensions come in a natural straight, natural wavy, natural body wave, natural deep wave, natural loose wave, and natural curly pattern.

The color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases, we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, if you purchase with the color or texture, we will not do exchange/return your purchase.


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Once packages have been shipped and your tracking number has been sent out, the package is OUT OF OUR CARE and we are not responsible it becomes in the care of the shipping company. If your package is by any chance damaged or stolen, PLEASE contact the shipping company or your local post office to take care of your concern as its out of our hands.
